Some Communities in Mubi North LGA Adamawa State, face persistent challenges in accessing clean water and safe sanitation facilities, increasing the risk of waterborne diseases and poor hygiene practices.

Through the provision of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) facilities, households and public spaces now have access to safe water sources and improved sanitation infrastructure. Community members were also sensitized on hygiene promotion practices, including handwashing and safe water use.

The intervention reduced health risks, improved personal dignity, and created safer environments for women, children, and persons with disabilities. Access to clean water and proper sanitation has contributed to healthier communities and enhanced overall wellbeing.
